What is the Cancellation Policy?
This online course is non-refundable. Exception: We will make every effort to help you complete your online course. In the unlikely event, that our friendly and knowledgeable tech support team for some unforeseen reason cannot help you access the Your Best Self Online Course, then participants will be offered a full refund.
How can I receive a Certificate of Completion?
You will want to purchase the CEU Level for Your Best Self Online Course. Certificates of Completion are ONLY available for those who purchase the CEU Level.
Then, you will need to view all videos in all the chapters. Browsing the additional resources are optional (the content from those links are not included in the post-test). Upon successful completion of the course and post-test (score of 70% or better), TherapyWorks, Inc. will issue a Certificate of Completion for 8 contact hours. (You can take the test without stress since you may repeat the test until you are successful).
We are a proud AOTA Approved Provider, so you will receive 8 contact hours (0.8 AOTA CEUs/10 NBCOT PDUs). Due to the wide range of requirements for licensure in different states and different professions, we recommend that you check with your state’s licensing board to confirm CEU approval for this online course.
